Worked example

One clip price is not the monthly bill.

A 5-second 1080p clip with native audio costs $0.70 at the published Turbo or Omni rate and $0.84 with Kling 3.0 Standard. For 20 usable 8-second videos with two attempts each, the same routes produce the estimates shown here.

The official figures are usage-rate equivalents, not guaranteed checkout totals. A prepaid package can make actual cash outlay higher when volume is low or balance expires.

Method and limits

Does Kling charge per video?

The official video API rate card bills Kling 3.0 models per generated second. The calculator rounds each attempt to a supported 3–15 second clip plan.

Does audio change Kling API pricing?

Yes for Kling 3.0 and Omni. Turbo publishes one audio-inclusive rate. Standard and Omni publish separate native-audio and silent rates.

Is this the Kling web subscription price?

No. The developer API uses Units and resource packages. Consumer membership credits are a separate billing system and are not mixed into these API estimates.
